Are you ready to take your tennis training to the next level this summer? The 6.fitness Summer 2025 Fitness Program is back and better than ever, designed to boost every athlete’s on-court performance through elite athletic development. In partnership with ATI’s High Performance Tennis Camps, our weekly fitness sessions at Veneto Tennis Club are the perfect complement for serious tennis players looking to level up.
Program Overview & Pricing
Our fitness program is tailored to fit around the ATI camp schedule, offering maximum flexibility for busy families:
Monday to Thursday Camps

Offered during regular camp weeks

Tuesday to Thursday Camps

Offered during holiday weeks

Fitness sessions are optional, but highly recommended for any athlete aiming for a competitive edge. Groups are organized by age and program level to ensure each participant trains at the right intensity.

Daily Schedule by Group
Sessions are scheduled according to your child’s ATI camp group to maximize their development and fit seamlessly into the day:

10:30–11:30 AM: Senior Provincial Fitness Camp

11:30 AM–12:30 PM: Junior Provincial Fitness Camp

12:30–1:30 PM: National Program Fitness Camp

1:30–2:30 PM: Progressive Programs (Orange/Green Ball)

Registering is quick and easy! When completing this FORM, you’ll need:
